Plants and Flowers
My finished plants and flowers represent many which grow in my own gardens.  Some of the living varieties bravely gave up leaves and petals for patterns designed in miniature.  Many items are available with a 'dirt' base, ready to use in your own miniature settings.  These can also be inserted into your own pots, if desired.  Since each plant is made by hand, I may need some extra time to fill your order.  I will always contact you personally, after each order, to keep you informed and let you know if there will be any delays.

Old Cowboy Boot with Spring Flowers

!

NEW ITEM!

I wanted to have a bit of fun, so created this pretty floral arrangement in a leather cowboy boot by Prestige Leather. It made it's 'debut' at the 2011 Chicago International show. Filled with Daffodils, Tulips, Daisies, Ferns, and a bit of trailing Sweet Potato Vine. The entire piece is approximately 2" tall.

Spring Mix Baskets

!
These pretty little floral baskets were introduced at the 2011 Chicago International show - a few are now even living in Europe !

Each white-washed woven basket is filled with Tulips, Daffodils, and Daisies.  My favorite is the Yellow and Orange Tulips and Daffodils with bright Orange trumpets.  For a softer feeling, you might choose Yellow Tulips and Ivory Daffodils with Yellow Trumpets.  Of course, the basket with Pink and White Tulips, Yellow Daffodils and pretty white Daisies is hard to resist too !

Each basket is just 7/8 of an inch on each side.  The total height of the floral arrangement is about 1-1/4 inch.

Hydrangea Urn

!
Hydrangeas make a lovely floral display for a room setting.  I have added just a touch of Ruffle Fern to the weathered urns.  The arrangement is approximately 3 inches tall & 2 inches wide.

Fuchsia & Fern Urn

!
I have updated this item with Ruffle Fern and a different urn.  The finished display is approximately 2-3/4 inches tall and 2 inches wide.

Gladiolas

!
I love Gladiolas, even though they can be a challenge in windy Oklahoma (not to mention the cold winters).  These miniature versions were well worth the time to develop !  Each stem is approximately 2-1/2 inches tall, with 15 flowers, ranging from tiny buds to fully open blooms.  They are ready to plant into a garden scene. Choose from Lavender with subtle, darker edging, Yellow with slightly orange centers, and Pink with deeper pink centers.

Dusty Miller

!
My real Dusty Millers sacrificed a few leaves for this improved miniature plant, and the result is a much more realistic and detailed addition to your flowerbed or greenhouse scene.

Geranium Basket

!

Improved with more realistic leaves and tiny buds just beginning to bloom. Available in 4 colors: Red, Light Pink, White and Hot Pink. Woven basket by Al Chandronnait.

Hydrangea Shrub

!
Improved with leaves designed from a living hydrangea and laser-cut for realism. Each shrub is 2-1/2" tall and ready to plant into your garden.

Hollyhock Stems

!
Improved with more leaves and more flowers! Each stem is about 4-1/2 inches tall, and slightly flexible to bend and curve a little bit. Plants are still full on the front, and flat on the back, for easy placement against a fence or structure.

Wandering Jew

!
Totally care-free - no pests, never needs water! Will survive a hot summer (in full sun) on your front porch or in a greenhouse..I wish the real plants were that easy! Now being offered in a Braxton Payne terra cotta planter.

Delphiniums

!
Pacific Giants variety ...makes marvelous background plants for your gardens. Shown above in Dark Purple, Light Blue, Lavender, and a Mixed cluster of all three colors.

Iris

!
I love Iris and here are 3 miniature versions in my favorite colors.  Each plant has 3 open blooms and 3 buds on a dirt base - but you can easily put the plant into a pot if desired.  Each plant is about 2" tall.
Color choices:  Yellow - Blue - Purple

SMALL Day Lily

!

Day Lilies are one of my favorite garden plants, and here is a miniature version of the pretty yellow Stella D'Oro variety.  My own plants generously donated some flowers and leaves so that I could create an accurate, laser-cut design.  Two sizes are shown here; a larger plant in a cylinder style pot, and a slightly smaller one in a pot with saucer.  Each is about 1-1/4" tall.

LARGE Day Lily

Fern

!
Growing ferns has always been a challenge for me, but this miniature version is no trouble at all !  It never needs water or food, but keep it out of direct sunlight !  I have given each frond a bit of ageing by hand, and weathered the planter urn.  The potted plant is about 2-3/8" tall x 2" wide.

Small Hydrangea Basket

!
'Fresh-cut' stems of Hydrangea tucked into an Al Chandronnait woven basket.  Small enough for a tiny table or empty spot in your greenhouse or potting bench setting.  This item measures just 3/4" on each side, and about 3/4" high.

Small Hydrangea Plant

!
Small Hydrangea plant in a weathered, Braxton Payne square pot.  This item is perfect for a Spring garden setting.  The plant is about 1" tall.

Small Hibiscus Shrub

!
Planted in a Braxton Payne decorative pot which has been given a bit of weathering.  Mary Kinloch's original petal design is by far the best and has been used for each Hibiscus flower.  The leaves were designed using my living Hibiscus shrubs.  Each finished plant is approximately 1-3/4" tall.

Small Split-Leaf Philodendron

!
A living plant gave up a few leaves so that I could design this miniature version.  It is about 2" tall and planted in a weathered Braxton Payne pot.
